Fig Liqueur Hits The Market

Patrick Borg, the Maltese Australian owner of Think Spirits, claims to have released the world's only fig liqueur made with hand-picked, fresh figs.

Esprit de Figues is made at a 150-year-old, family-owned distillery in Burgundy with sweet Violette de Bordeaux figs grown in Morocco and infused for three months with the same French beet spirit that is also used in Chambord, Cointreau, and St Germain, giving it a deep purple colour.

Recommended neat over ice or with Champagne or even in a Pisco Sour, it comes packaged in a beautiful French Art Nouveau bottle.
